Meeting Facilities

Silverstone Innovation Centre has a great range of modern conference and meeting rooms available to hire on an hourly or daily rate.  Facilities are available for 2 to 40 people to hold meetings, events or seminars and with the prestigious location on Silverstone Circuit, delegates can’t fail to be impressed.

Catering is available at an additional charge on request. 

The Grand Prix Suite

A flexible area suitable for theatre style, boardroom layout, or various other configurations which can be discussed with Centre staff.  An Interactive Wipeboard* and data projector are fitted in the room with AV sound equipment.  The Grand Prix Suite can also be used with the Syndicate Room to create a breakout area for lunch, networking or separate meeting area*.  The room is air conditioned, has thermostatically controlled heating and window blinds.

The Syndicate Room

This is an open space which works well as theatre or boardroom style, or used as a breakout area with the Grand Prix Suite. The room is air conditioned, has thermostatically controlled heating and window blinds

The Small Meeting Room

A small meeting room suitable for up to 8 people. The room is air conditioned, has thermostatically controlled heating and window blinds

Capacity: 8 people boardroom style
Hourly Rate: £20
